for optimal results. please avoid caffeine the morning of your appointment and alcohol the evening before.

if you arrive more than 10 minutes early, we invite you to relax in our waiting room, grab a snack and a coffee or wait comfortably in your car. you will recieve a notification that we are ready to begin your appointment.
